The Micro Chip is a quick release accessory that attaches to industry standard 15mm rails. The Micro Chip offers several 1/4" and 3/8" threaded access holes which can be used to mount accessories, so that you can quickly re-position or remove them from your rig.

One example is that you can place the Micro Chip across two rods and lock a quick release directly onto it.
You can also add friction arms or other 1/4" and 3/8" equipment to the Micro Chip to further expand any DSLR Video cage/rig.
