Photography and Cinema is a diverse group of individuals that have created this company out of our enjoyment from working with DSLR cameras. We have created many products from exploring the new horizons available with this emerging technology.
Spider Trax Dolly
Our first to market product is the Patent Pending Spider Trax Dolly. There are many concepts of the dolly on the market and ours has a new twist on the form. We start off with a hefty ¼” thick plate of aluminum and add two solid axles to support the wheels. The solid system provides stability and longevity. The novel design allows for quick set up and intuitive adjustment for tracking. Simply release the tension on the axles, align the wheels for the tracking, reset the tension and you are good to go. If you plan to use the Spider Trax Dolly in public, be prepared to answer a few questions as we always seem to draw a crowd where ever we go. It seems that inquisitive people are drawn to our products as they are innovative and compelling to watch in action.
Palo Alto
Our second to market product is the Palo Alto. The Palo Alto is an adapter that connects the top of a “painters pole” to a camera. With the Palo Alto, a simple painter pole becomes a very tall mono pod. Palo Alto offers that very high crane look just like the big Hollywood productions, but without any of the hassles and constraints of traditionally expensive systems. Your Palo Alto is completely portable and can be set up in under 30 seconds.
Future Products
We have many more products in the development cycle which are shared with our close group of filmmakers. After using these products they continually inquire on when they can buy them.
