Order Questions

All International orders are shipped from our International warehouse in China by DHL Express.
All USA Domestic orders are shipped from Houston TX.

It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order. For Domestic customer, it will take approximately 3-5 business days for delivery by UPS or USPS.
For International customer, it will take approximately 7-18 business days for delivery depending on clearance process.
Customers will receive an order status update via email containing their tracking number once their order has been shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to refer to their tracking number for delivery information.
If, for some reason, a customer's package is returned back to us due to non-delivery, we will contact the customer as soon as it is received by us. If the customer would like the package reshipped, there will be an additional shipping fee unless the non-delivery is due to a mistake on our part. If a package is undeliverable due to an error with the carrier, the customer will need to contact their local carrier customer service representative to file a claim. If a customer does not want their package reshipped, they will be charged a restocking fee and we will issue a refund in the form of the original payment minus the restocking fee.

All lost packages must be reported within 30 days of your order's ship date. If we are notified of a lost package after this timeframe, we will be unable to process your request.

Yes. We do NOT charge import fees for international orders and every country has different policies and charges that you have to pay to get your products delivered. These charges are NOT covered in the sale price or the shipping cost. Please contact your local government about these fees before you order since we do NOT offer refunds if you decline to pay. By submitting your order, you will be considered to accept this policy.

We offer free Domestic shipping. Items over 2lb are not available to ship to APO/FPO, and P.O. Boxes.
International shipping fee is $20 and above; it depends on the weight of the item.
Please note that we will not be able to ship to following countries due to the current unpredictable situation with custom duties: Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Brazil, Chile, Greece, Maldives, Peru, Portugal, Romania, Russia, South Sudanor and P.O.Box.

A Phone number is required by the fright companies. Customers from India needs to provide us a copy of Passport, Voter ID or PAN (Permanent Account Number).

Return Questions

All products purchased have a 14-Day money back guarantee starting from the date the item is delivered.
*All Clearance items are final sale and no returns are accepted.
Please note that we will not accept return packages after the 14-Day money-back guarantee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all accessories. We can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If all conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.

Warranty Issue

We provide 1 year limited manufacture warranty. This warranty is voided (as determined by PNC) by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or alterations of the product and does not cover any normal wear and tear that may occur. A purchase proof is required to claim the warranty.
*The warranty doesn't cover any associated shipping costs.
**The warranty service is restricted to where PNC or it's Authorized Distributor originally sold the product.
***The service is not cover the missing part and defective. If you received an incomplete order, please take a picture of the package, the items, and the packing slip and send an email to our customer service within 48 hours after the delivery for further assistance.

All Clearance items are final sale and no returns are accepted.
